The Homebuyers Referral Guide is a 4 page, full color publication that Realtors distribute to their customers.
- On The Front Cover is a half page, full color ad designed to promote the Realtor's business any way they want. Check out the half-page Realtor ads below.
Below the front cover Realtor ad is 4-6 full color business card size ads. - On Pages 2 & 3 is helpful homebuying and qualifying information most homebuyers will need to know.
There are up to 8 full color business card size ads on pages 2 and 3. - On The Back Cover you can sell up to 16 full color business card size ads.
Most publications will feature 20-30 ads and bring in $7000 to over $12,000 in total advertising sales.

HOW DO I MAKE MONEY?
The Realtors you sign up will give you the names of many different reputable businesses they know and work with. By signing up 4-6 Real Estate companies/top Realtors in each town you work, you should receive 15 TO OVER 30 REFERRALS PER REALTOR. This will give you 60 TO OVER 100 REFERRALS to contact and you need to sell just 20-30 full color ads. You will learn how to contact these Referrals over the phone and then meet with them in person in order to sell them a full color, informative ad in the Homebuyers Referral Guides.
In 2012, we have decided to increase the commission rate to a very generous 50-55% to start. With each sale being between $295-$500, you can easily earn $500 to well over $1500 per selling day, depending upon how many appointments you see and close.

- Make The Commitment To Learning The Business.

- You will be assigned a manager who will teach you how to make appointments with Realtors and Referred Businesses on the PHONE and how to comfortably close them IN-PERSON. You will also receive sales training manuals and CDs to make sure you are presenting each presentation properly.
- We provide you with all the sales training materials you will ever need including:
Personalized Realtor brochures, displays, contracts, referral lists, competition's guide, sample and dummy guides... - We pay for the printing, typesetting and delivery of each publication you sell.
Your only business expenses are gas and photocopies.
There is a one time colateral fee to make sure we receive our sales training materials back if you decide this business is not for you.
